Additional Weaver / RIS rail mounted on the top 11 mm carabiner rail.

The rail allows to mount additional equipment on the 11 mm rail, which requires a 22 mm rail and the appropriate mounting height in relation to the axis.

Rail mounting is delicate for the surface of 11 mm rail.
